I'll go with the Asurans; if, somehow, the alliance could be made and that we were able to destroy the Wraith, then we'd only have to worry about a planet full of replicators.

The Wraith, on the other hand, spreads across the galaxy and thus we'd have a harder time to defeat (and find) them all when the time comes.
