Hey! I just found the word "Whump" in a real live children's book! Our bid for world domination by way of indoctinating the young has begun! (Next step: nursery rhymes: "Whump whump whump your Shep, Harshly down the stream..." "Sheppy Dumpty sat on a wall..." "Three blind Sheps...")

Got timed out when I tried to quote, but re. fashion-related whump: Clothes are dangerous! I've been searching for that list of strange accident causes that I found a few months ago, and can't track it down right now, but I do remember that a lot of hospital admissions had been caused by socks and underpants. I can imagine poor Shep, all stiff and sore and whumped, struggling manfully to climb into his underpants, only to overbalance and hurt his his poor nose.

(Looking for the link, I did find that nearly 200,000 car accidents are caused by hair blowing into the eyes. A hair-related puddlejumper crash, anyone?)

How is everybody? I know I haven't been around much in the last few months, but a lot has been going on in my life..

I'm back in Germany and I'm starting my internship on Monday.. I'm a little nervous because it seems to be really demanding. Well, I have to start somewhere...

Oh God! I don't know about Shep fashion whump, but that outfit they made Joe wear in Family Album...blimey, I feel whumped looking at it! Saying that, I suppose my least fav outfit for Shep is the blue tracksuit top from Home!

I agree about the outfit in Family Album, Linzi. And I didn't like the blue tracksuit much either. The best casual outfit was that blue shirt at the end of Conversion and Joe said it was his own shirt. Great. But I wish they'd bring back the black t-shirt, minus the shirt, so we can see the bloody and bandaged arm better if they decide to have him shot in the arm again. Sorry, but I wouldn't put it past the TPTB.
