Oh memories. Bates was so good to our ship. I always said from the start we saw John's trust in Teyla's innocence. And trust is so important in any relationship, and after 'Suspicion', 'The Gift', and 'LFP'...plus other moments in season 1 Shep and Teyla had a fantastic beginning. To bad they couldn't continually write them that way...

Just wanted to show off what I've just completed.

It's what I've turned into a poster- but really, it's my design for the special "Fan's Choice" Blu-Ray DVD (the comp), minus the official writing.

PLEASE SEEK MY PERMISSION BEFORE USING (though I have given permission for it to be used as the DVD cover by entering it in the comp.....)
I figured, since my first entry got rejected, that the pics of the cast can be PROMO only pics.
So, that's what I did. Went & got all the S5 promos & edited them down (minus the one of John- that was nicked off the sample cover in one package for the comp, lol)
The Gate & the blue water design on the left side are from pics in the package.
I used a pic I have of the gate but I cut it down to use the window behind the gate- as seen behind Rodney & Ronon.
The pic of Earth down the bottom some of you may recognize- it's from an early design for the cover of 'Stargate Continuum', but I loved it so much I couldn't resist using it.
And just so you know, the Ancient text reads "AstriaPortum Atlantis" which is "Stargate Atlantis" (couldn't find the Ancient word for 'Atlantis').

And this is what I'd first designed, but got rejected cos not all the photos were "approved" ones. grr!

Love your design.. so we can use other promo photos besides the ones in the templates. I managed to dowload the photos ok.. though they are not my favourite one of Shep or Teyla..but it won't let me download the backgroup templates for some reason...
