All I can say right now is that David's performance in The Shrine was AMAZING! Breathtaking, heartbreaking... I was left speechless.

I think he has a script for Design of the Dead, cos I think it was first idea and next project after ADB. I guess Heir of the dog is just a concept. Honestly, I would prefer if ADB stayed just one, succesful, director´s debut because sequels are never good as the originals.

I don't think he was really serious with that sequel thing, it is hard to tell with David sometimes but I think he just said that as a throw-away line.

But yes he does seem certain about making this "Design of the dead" thing... make me a bit nervous... too many zombie movies out there already and a new one from an Australian duo is set for release here in the near future, it has a bit of a "buzz" around it as one of the better ones. Also we had Shaun of the dead not too long ago, I don't know it might work. I would watch it anyway.

I was a bit upset about ADB still not being released here. I am certainly glad I got my copy from the US way back when... I couldn't stand having to wait all this time... what is it now? Over 16 mths?
