      I´d like to see that, too. I don´t like crossovers but if someone deserves to see Atlantis, it´s Daniel. Not permamently but I can live with two episodes. I can´t wait to see confused Sheppard or Ronon or anyone after Daniel/Rodney word exchange
      The other changes in S5 don´t belong here but...imo they should never have to change anything in SGA but get rid of Carter is the lesser evil, I guess. I still have nightmares about Trio episode and how it will look like with Rodney and those "two strong women" there.

        I agree! I'm really looking forward to that, and I agree with your hopes for the episode.

        I'm wondering what they've gotten planned for Rodney. Joe's poem said,

        I'm wondering if that's an arc for Rodney, or just a one-shot episode like Tao was. There's been several comments about Rodney being off his game this season, and it's starting to sound deliberate, as if they're building up to something.

                          They say McKay is trapped with Lorne, McKay delivers Teyla's baby and he talks with Carter before she leaves. Now I maybe giving too much credit to the powers that be; but I do think even they would realise that we as viewers wouldn't buy a McKay losing his mind or brilliance without the CMO noticing by then.

                          I think as some have suggested, this is more to do with The Last Man and the aged McKay we see there... I think it is age related, or maybe McKay *now* has something happen to him and that causes Sheppard to go off on his little mission alone, but yeah it is still weird all that talk about "being off his game" *shrugs*

                            I was an active poster in this thread for a long time and RL brought me away. I came back and posted as we used to do (a bit of discussion) and I felt I was told to go some place else. This place used to be fun and inviting and we would discuss everything related to David Hewlett and there'd be pictures as well. I just don't know how to take this thread anymore. Maybe I'll just go back to lurking...

                              Please don't leave! This thread has always been a wonderful place for all McKay fans, and there have never been any problems until last year.

                              There was some trouble because some of us posters got into a fight about what to post and what not and as a result the mods told us to only post pics here and discuss in the other thread (DH topics as well as RM topics). But that never worked out, because people were used to doing both here and only to go to to the disc thread for lengthy discussions about RM. And no-one had ever been upset about that before, least of all the posters, so slowly everything returned to normal again and we also discussed in here again. It's just that we are very afraid to get modded again and people have become more careful. But there have never been any problems since that last time, so I'm quite positive that we can go on like before if we stay careful. This thread is the more light-hearted thread and the other one should be for long, serious discussions as it once was, but we always also had discussions in here, and I for my part think that's ok to a certain point, because you cannot separate pictures/adoration and talk about that completely.

                                Hmm, that is one way to put it, if you want to gloss over the real reasons for what happened... my take on it and the reasons are a little more realistic and lot harsher.
