I'm going to the Vancouver con in March this year. So's Mercury *waves at Mercury* I'm *thinking* about P3 for next year. Right now my wallet is freaking out.

Vancouver this year is a bit to close to get sorted now (not to mention the cost!) Again, when i told my mother it's next month she said "Oh that's ok, i'm not working!" (redundancy number 4) Don't know what my dad would have to say about being ditched at such short notice!

See, this is one of these questions I have for a long time that haven't been answered at P2:
I always wondered if the costume department lets them all wear their private clothes too or not, or if they maybe get to keep some stuff afterwards (possible examples: DH fleece sweater, JF blue shirt). We do know that Rodney likes to wear (striped) shirts, and DH definitely does too. So maybe some of the boxers were David's, too, or he could keep them and Jane has the honour to wash and look at them now.

But when DH was asked if there were smilies/kiwis/lemons on his boxers in "Sateda" he barley rememberd them at all, so maybe he couldn't keep them.

My cat died *cries* yes I know I said that before but this is another cat (I had 4 cats, one died in Dec 2005) now one of my other cats (the tortoiseshell one) got hit by a car this morning, the guy who hit him knocked on my door but after almost an hour of looking for my cat I couldn't find him, anyway my bf came over and he found him (dead) under the house. I think he must have died from the shock of being hit, although my bf said it looked like he lost a lot of blood. The worse thing is this cat couldn't meow, he just never meowed so I just keep thinking he might of been trying to meow and I couldn't hear him.

I'm OK really, I wasn't as attached to this cat as I was to my older cat but I still cried. This one was a stray (like my other remaining two) and I really tried to not "adopted" him but he wheedled his way in.

*sigh* So now I only have two cats.

It's a little late, but sorry about your cat.

I've never had to deal with that since up until I left for the Army, the only way we lost a pet was when they were given away when we moved. Makes me dread the day when my oldest cat, Mushi, does pass away.

Yes, you should definitely consider going to P3. Despite my complaints about how horrid the queuing and scheduling was this year, its still a better con (in my opinion) than Creation's... if only for the after con party with some of the guests prowling around the dance floor, bar and lobby where they freely mingle with the con-goers. I've already got my ticket for it even if I wind up not being able to go.

Hehe, yes, if we both will definitely go to P3 we have to arrange a meeting at a certain time/place! We probably won't get a third chance!

Maybe we should set up a big poster in the lobby (both the hotel's and the convention hall's): LJ/GW/dGeek meet up "insert place here" at this "insert time here" and again "insert later time here".

I think it's a little of both. I'm fairly certain that JF's blue shirt (from the apology to Teyla scene in Conversion, right?) is his. He wore it to the Vancouver convention in '05 and it's what he's wearing in my photo op with him. And I think David had mentioned in one of his blogs that they were giving him a suit jacket for some scenes.

OMG, that does look like the same jacket! I was too distracted by the squirrel and DH's grossly comical face to notice!
