I just don't understand the people who watched this show and never made a connection between John's darkness and losing Elizabeth. I mean, LOOK AT HIM HERE. He had these awesome snarky-fun-happy moments. Sometimes they were aimed at Elizabeth exclusively. After she was gone, he was never like that again.
