OMG cshawzye, you must know that Laura is lovely!!!!! I have a picture together with her and she remembered when I told her I am from Hungary She also liked my blue earrings which were the cheapest earrings of mine OMG, repeating myself....

That's really awesome to hear! She's another one of the sci fi actors on the top of my list to meet. There are so many!

Anyone willing to talk more about other Q&As Paul got?

The Hewlett thunk thread exploded when someone said that news and a mod actually had to come and say something. So, to prevent that from happening again maybe it would be best to follow what the mod said, it's best to not discuss it until official word comes. If heaven forbid something happened it would difficult for David and Jane to see our speculation and good wishes on Gateworld. That's just my small piece.

BTW: McGuillion is cute as heck...

I don't think DH really minds that much, I knew it for about three months because David Hewlett himself already cryptically posted it on his blog. And by cryptically I mean he didn't spell it out but it was *very* obvious what he was talking about, at least in my opinion.
Also, since PM and DH say they are close friends, I doubt PM would spill the beans if DH wanted to keep it a secret. I think as a friend he should know and respect such sorts of things.

I'm back from Germany, all! I made it through in one piece, without a hole in my stomach from the airline food!

And OMG, Phibi! You posted this vid of me on stage with Paul already??? How embarassing... lol... but kinda cool I guess. He twirled me!

Gah, I miss you guys so much! I need another vacation!

*sniffs Paul-scented shirt* I think I'm starting to suffer from withdrawal.

EDIT: TCB! Where were you and your twin? I don't think I saw you guys anywhere!

Re-EDIT: Oh, and the tattoo of the saltire on his left arm was definitely real! He was showing it off while I was standing in the autograph line. He said he'd only gotten it like 2 weeks before.

Hey Jersey! Glad you made it home alive!

We were also extremely sorry for never meeting with you! I spotted you twice from the distance but when I got anywhere near, you were already gone... *sad twinny*
And of course I saw you on the stage! Even from the distance I knew at once it was you. Congrats for winning by the way! *cheers frenetically* (like at the con)
We did meet TJ, phibi, JennyJ, Jenner (sadly only briefly), Halessa and two others we knew from another forum (Andromeda) though. I'm afraid I'm beginning to get old because twinchy and I never stayed for the party. To be honest, around ten or eleven at night I was DEAD ON MY FEET, trying to catch every interesting event/panel/lecture was really exhausting on Saturday and Sunday, especially because I had pulled two additional night shifts in a row beforehand so I could go to FedCon. And because they had said on their website that the Con would end at about 4 PM on Sunday, we missed the closing ceremony, for we needed to catch the train home.

I tell you, the con was not exactly newbie friendly; and I'm German! I am supposed to understand the words and their meaning... Never mind!

At least meeting PM was very well worth the trouble and stress! No one like him; ABSOLUTELY! Happy me!

And after uploading all my pics on the computer, I have a *very* happy hard drive now.
