Excellent start to a thunk folder, Bailey! I'm having a friendly debate with ON2LL's on a different thread over Jack or Teal'c being hotter. So I hope you all don't mind a bunch of SG-1. It's easier than switching back and forth and back and forth.

No I started to really dislike him before the triangle. At first I found him annoying and on occasion funny (in a OMG what an idiot one of the best examples is actually the first scene I ever saw of SGA the ep Vengeance when Ronon is "sparing" with McKay still get a good laugh from that). As I watched and eventually saw all the seasons and the new shows that came on I noticed that there was more of him than others which I always thought was very unfair. By the time Harmony aired in Season 4 I had, had all I could take and the annoyed dislike turned more to a OMG just let him kill himself already he keeps trying but everyone saves him. The Triangle I knew they were going to put McKay with Jennifer because well it is McKay and S5 was defiantly Stargate McKay ( although I had hoped that maybe just maybe they would shock everyone). Joe even said that on occasion he went to tptb to remind them that there were other people in the show. I found very little redeeming qualities in the character and when he did do something that could be a wow he is actually human he would then turn around and ruin it. He caused more problems than anyone else. When I finally watched SG-1 and I saw the first ep with McKay I was shocked that he was actually worse if I had seen him insulting Sam before seeing SGA I would never have made it past Season 1.
