I''ve changed Bullseye's entry on the Wraith And Actors page to this (I've bolded the bit which explains why I've put him down as a bit of a mystery) -

Bullseye - First Contact (5x10)/The Lost Tribe (5x11) - actor a bit of a mystery. GateWorld Episodes and Stargate Wiki conflict on who was in First Contact. Stargate Wiki says -James Chutter as "Billy", Brendan Penny as Wraith.- but GateWorld doesn't list Brendan Penny amongst the episode guest stars. Both sources agree on James Chutter being a male Wraith (not Billy) in The Lost Tribe. Meanwhile the IMDb page for Brendan Penny doesn't say he was in First Contact either.

I am 99.99% sure that James Chutter is Bullseye in both episodes. The end of his chin is more tapered and his eyes are a bit larger.

Billy screenshots

He's just listed as a Bridge Officer for The Queen. He's also on the Primary's hive bridge in that episode so what was he doing on Todd's hive in First Contact????????? The Stargate wiki says he was on both hives but where did they get their information from?

When Teyla left Todd in charge after Todd killed the Primary, Billy fell under Todd's command and, thus, became part of Todd's alliance.

Billy is never named in the transcript either. Due to this being a speaking role, I would think that is why they named Billy in the credits. Billy asked Todd what to do when some of their ships exploded when some of their alliance ships were going to be dispatched to help with a dispute elsewhere.
