The evil guy here in SOTC, his name is Colm Fiore, and you can also see him in the movie "The Chronicles of Riddick", where he also plays a bad guy as the Commander of an army of near-death soldiers (Necromongers). IMO, that guy is really creepy in SOTC, especially when he showed his demon fangs.
