Every time I see Kate I want to smile. Some of my favorite moments of hers are when she is a "real sister" to mckay and slams him like any good sister would. I love the dynamic she shares with the cast (yes even with her brother) and hope we get to see her atleast once a season if not more!

I think because by the time she got there Rodney wasn't really himself anymore and she thinks she should have been called sooner

Just thought I would pop my head in here and say it was a shame there wasn't more of her in the Shrine...

It looked like Keller kind of overshadowed her being there, which was a shame. But she still got some good face time.

Also, I got to see her at the convention here in Toronto today.

She is so beautiful in person! My god!

I didn't have the heart to actually talk to her, though. She would have been baffled by a little geek girl in camo anyway.

Her moments with her brother in that episode where amazing. She managed to make me, almost, cry. I don't cry easilly. Certainly not infront of a tv set or at the movies.
But she was so sweet and so believable that she managed to bring the tears up.
She also managed to not let the whole thing look to grafic. She did it with dignity. Great talent. It runs in the family it seems.
I wished they could bring her on Atlantis in later seasons ;/ but no more seasons.

Just wanted to jump in and say I absolutely loved her again in "The Shrine".

Maybe she'll be in one of the movies!

Jeannie was one of the 3-4 characters , besides Mckay that i will miss and that i trully believe that could give more to the show than they let them so far.
I am still mad at the whole thing, but it might have to do with the temperature here in Greece. Still to hot..... My nerves are screaming.... and i only relax with the last of the Atlantis episodes. Did i say last again?.................grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I met Kate at Shore Leave this past July and took a number of pictures I thought you might like. There is also a gallery with her and David from the same panel.

I also had the opportunity to meet her in Toronto in early August at a play - MeSoLovely. She seems to be a wonderful person with an easy smile and great sense of humor.
