If I remember Kavan did audition for Eureka (along with NCIS and some others). So he has tried. They didn't need him at the time. They should reconsider!

working on my fic (woo!) and am at a point where I feel that I'm getting a little OOC with Lorne. I'm considering having him doing some things that, I assume, he would never do and wonder if I should change what I'm doing or just go ahead with it. But I'm also having him under the influence of an alien so technically he's not doing the things of his own free will but he wouldn't do them if they weren't in his mind at the same time right?
