I really enjoyed the episode. I just wish they would have had more cameos! I mean we saw a flash of Brad, a glimpse of Jen, I just would have liked to see Det. Lorne’s office door or something you know?

I’ve probably mentioned it but I have something called eustachian tube dysfunction. Basically you know how your ear ‘pops’ when you change altitude and what not? Well mine doesn’t quite work that way. Usually my ears are as normal, but when my allergies flair up (which is like, every day) the tubes from my nose to my ears become swollen and my ear drum seals in place. No poppy ears for me. In fact that’s what caused the temporary deafness I had a few months ago.

On Christmas day I was over-exposed to cat hair and my allergies went wild. Enough to make the tube swell, fluid to get trapped in my ear and start the whole problem over again. Thankfully I contacted my doctor at the ‘early’ itchy/painful stage. I’m on ear drops now, which is helping

Okay, so I have dug out that piece of crap I wrote after S&R. *sighs*

I remember now why I buried it. It's wordy and sappy and incredibly bad. Lots of exposition, hardly any action. It needs a lot of work, but I am willing to let some brave soul see it so she can tell me to go dig a hole and bury it again.

Also I usually need someone to check for weird phrases. I know I'm not too bad with those, but the occiasional oops still slips in.

So, any takers? I can't hit my usual betas with it, they'd declare me insane.

Here, I'm hoping for the Lorne-bonus.

i sorry i was busy... i was erm... occupied... i've discovered Highlander.. so i randomly pickin eps to watch on the net *huggles Lorne clone.*

ohh trust me the thought has crossed my mind multiple times, (watched Something Wicked/Deliverance.... so wanted to snuggle him after that, along with Comes a Horseman/Revelation 6.8...) have also wanted do the with shove the chick outta the way and gimme him

Oh yes Highlander..I caught a repeats of that for the first time about 3/4 years ago.All seasons/episodes were shown daily. It was great. Loved the characters. My favourite was another recurring character ( sucker for them ) Methos. Great to see Peter Wingfield turn up in SG and now Sanctuary. Loved 'Comes a Horseman'. He was such an evil guy who turned out good.

Make sure you get "The Stone of Scone".

*sigh* Highlander, those were the days. Duncan, Fitz and Joe and Methos. Btw, those last two, or their respective actors, have appeared on Sanctuary. To my great delight, I might add.

Go huggle Duncan, he can always use some TLC.

There are simply too many people hanging on to Lorne atm.

And yesterday I got season 4 on DVD so I rewatched some Kavan episodes... dopplegangers is good! Just want to go and hug him when he's in that cell.

It's one of the episodes that gave me hopes that Lorne's place on the show might become a little more pronounced, that he would get more and better storylines. Sadly, it didn't happen.

I thought he would have more storylines in Season 5 but no such luck! I thought at least he would be in Vegas... because if there is no Sheppard then he would be the military head in Atlantis (logically) but no.
We can always hope that he will have a big role in the movie!!
I made this suggestion on another thread, a episode about the secondary characters of the show (it could be about Lorne!). Like they did in CSI episode "Lab Rats" and "Kill Me Now" and so I suggested everyone come up with some plot ideas (i was thinking of writing a fic when I get time)

It's odd the writers didn't make more use out of his character.
Season 5 was worse that 4 really. In Season 5 he did get to say 'This is Lorne come in Atlantis' rather a lot. Or variations of it. *sighs* such a waste of his talents.
