don't have school today so I stayed up late last night and watched the pilot of Sanctuary.

Wasn't that thrilled with it, Amanda's accent kept slipping, but she was good. Loved Kavan's part (although I think that's a given ) and I agree with everyone that he might have an inkling as to what's really out there but decides that it's better to be left in the dark.

Too bad he's not gonna be in the rest of the season, I can see his character getting fleshed out a bit more and have more interaction with Helen. (my brain is already coming up with a Joe-centric one shot )

I got a traineeship at one of the Nursing Homes here in town. I have an Orientation Day there tomorow from 9am to 4pm. Then have two days a weeks work there, while on the Mondays I go to TAFE to study the Certificate 111 in Aged Care. We get paid to study and for the Orientation Day. I'm really happy, excited, and nervous about working there and that I go a traineeship. It will go for at least twelve months.
