I think its more the old format i miss rather than SGA itself, if anything its SG1 i miss. Although i do like SGU now, its certainly grown on me.

Yep. I miss SGA. I've been doing my own little rewatch recently of my favorite episodes, and it just makes me miss it that much more. (*sigh*) However, I do realize it will never be back (unless we eventually get a DVD movie).

I mostly really miss the seasons 4 & 5 episodes that featured Carson, & maybe a handful of other episodes from those seasons. I miss the good old days of seasons 1-3, except Sunday onwards.

I was just thinking this the other day. I was rewatching some episodes from season 2 when I realized that I miss Atlantis so much. I've come to terms with SG1, but my heart aches with Atlantis. I'd give anything to see even just one more movie. I've reached that point.

I find that I'm missing SGA more now than ever. So far, time has only made my heart grow fonder and more eager for more SGA. And, this feeling only gets stronger after I watch old SGA episodes.

However, I hated most of Season 5 so much that I hope that, after the dust settles on MGM's financial issues, a fresh new writing team will head up an SGA movie because I would hate to see what SGA's old writing team could do to SGA in the future. Season 5 was bad enough.

I really, really miss SGA too. It ended at least one season too soon for me, (though I would have loved it to go on for many more). I watch the show on SyFy, MGM HD cable channel and in syndication and just wonder what a season 6 might have brought us.

I really, really hope the movies get made. Once MGM gets their debt problems settled I hope they are in a position to move forward with the movies. I want them to realize that their are fans out there who miss SGA (and SG1) and would like to see the movies made.

This is one of the reasons I am involved with the movie campaign.
