Mine always had a sticker on their back or bottom, and a reference in the manual.

Just as a little FYI, nine times out of ten it's fairly easy to disable a DVD player's Region Coding.

Often it's simply a case of inputting a numerical code into the remote.

You don't have to go there, I haven't shopped for movies or tv shows at a physical store in ages. I buy almost everything online, (usually Amazon, it's usually cheaper, that's where I bought my extended edition blu-ray). Walmart is the only place I've seen the extended edition on dvd so far, so I thought I'd mention it, since you said you couldn't find it anywhere in the US yet.

Yeah, since dvd versions are available in the US on at least one place, other stores should eventually have it on dvd too.

I read even in a German forum about the issue with the DVD version only available at Walmart. Weird.


I bought mine on Thursday when it was released, but only now I have time to watch it. Nice for a rainy Sunday afternoon.
