    Hi all...
    I'm also reading the 5th Honorverse anthology 'In Fire Forged' edited by David Weber.
    I have all the 'Worlds of Honor' anthologies and enjoyed them all.

        Gonna try Prince of Nothing again, it apparently has a really complex, morally questionable main character.

              Hi all.
              I was on the 'Baen' books web site earlier today and I was reminded of a series of anthologies that I started to collect. All containin short stories with a female lead... By Edith Friesner and written by a selection of authors...

              They are...
              Chicks in Chainmail
              Did You say Chicks
              Chicks 'n Chained Males

              Which I actually own and can recommend. The stories will make you smile and in some cases laugh.
              These three books have been put into a compendium called...

              Chicks Ahoy.

              There are two more books in the series...
              The Chicks in the Mail
              Turn the Other Chick...

              I am going to try and get them to complete the series...

                    that's cool.

                    About a quarter of the way done with The Darkness That Comes Before. Pretty dense reading because it's riddled with philosophy stuff. I haven't gotten to the thick of it yet, the conflict, but it's pretty good. The main character sort of gives off an aura of Spock to me.

                      yep, i do a quick read first (about 3 days) and then go back read the last one and then the new one again slowly I'm reading 'Memory, Sorrow and Thorn'

                        Oh yeah, the Honorverse! I got up to halfway through the second one and then got distracted. Good reading so far, so I want to get back into it some time. I read too many things simultaneously

                          Finished reading "Line of the polity" by Neal Asher which is the second agent Cormac book. The book was great, really looking forward to reading the next in the series.

                              Waiting for 'Mission of Honor' to be delivered.

                              In the meantime I reading the Starfist: Force Recon books by David Sherman and Dan Cragg.
                              I'm a big military Sci-fi fan.
