Synopsis

When an essential element in the TARDIS runs out, the Doctor and Peri are forced to travel to a world called Varos to get some more but quickly find themselves becoming subjects in the planet's one and only entertainment - reality TV showing in various ways the executions of rebels that dare oppose the dictator government.
X and the Daleks ~ Big Finish Productions audio adventure starring Paul McGann as "The Doctor" and Ruth Bradley as "Molly O'Brien". X and the Daleks is the fourth and final part of the Dark Eyes storyline.

The Doctor and Molly have tracked the mysterious 'X' to the planet Srangor. It is here that the truth of the threat to the universe will finally be revealed.
Zygon ~ Nomadic alien warrior species originally from the planet Zygor. They have the ability to change their shape into any species but to do so they must keep the original they are copying alive and plugged into their machinery.
They appeared in Terror of the Zygons, the BBV spin-off movie Zygon: When Being You Just Isn't Enough, and The Power of Three (albeit only briefly and in human disguise).
Battlefield ~ Series 26 story starring Sylvester McCoy as "The Doctor" and Sophie Aldred as "Ace", with Nicholas Courtney as "Brigadier Alistair Lethbridge-Stewart".
Synopsis

The TARDIS picks up a distress call from Earth, 1997. The Doctor and Ace discover that a UNIT platoon has come under assault whilst transporting a nuclear warhead. The attackers turn out to be Arthurian knights from another dimension, led by the legendary sorceress Morgaine, whose magical powers appear to be real and who wishes to possess the powerful sword Excalibur. The Doctor learns that a future incarnation of himself will become Merlin, and that only he can confront Morgaine, who has summoned a demonic entity known as the Destroyer.

Coronation: 1953 Queen Elizabeth II is being crowned . Faces are being stolen, and the Docor has to save Rose. This took place in the episode "Idiot's Lantern". Very interesting concept.
Dematerialisation Circuit ~ Integral piece of equipment in a TARDIS console. To exile the Doctor to Earth in the 1970's, the Time Lords disabled his TARDISes Dematerialisation Circuit. After he defeated the legendary Time Lord figure Omega and restored power to the Time Lords, the gave him a new Dematerialisation Circuit and restored his ability to travel through time and space.
Fall of Arcadia ~ The Fall of Arcadia was one of the battles of the Last Great Time War. The Doctor was on Arcadia, fighting on the front lines, and he witnessed the fall.
Hostile Action Displacement System (or HADS) ~ A safety program in the TARDIS that the Doctor has only remembered to have set once. HADS is activated when the TARDIS is attacked and automatically performs an emergency dematerialisation in order to fake the ships destruction but then rematerialises once the danger has passed.
