I - "I Can't Decide" is an early-21st Century rock song by the band The Scissor Sisters, originating from the group's album, Tah-Dah.

The Master appears to be a fan of this song, as he requests that it be played during his command of the Valiant during the Toclafane invasion, and plays it while he taunts the aged Doctor.

J ~ Judoon - The Judoon were a race of rhinocerid humanoids employed, as the Doctor put it, as "police-for-hire" (or, he added, "interplanetary thugs").

The Judoon were originally a war-like race, until they became mercenaries for various Galactic organizations, including the Padrivole Regency and the Shadow Proclamation. They came to be one of the universe's most trusted mercenary races largely at the expense of the Ogrons, who had lost their dominant position as "hired guns" because of a string of defeats by the Doctor.

Judoon first appeared in the 2007 story Smith and Jones. Since then they went on to make brief appearances in Doctor Who in the 2008 story The Stolen Earth, and Part 2 of The End of Time and The Pandorica Opens in 2010.

Their other major appearance was in The Sarah Jane Adventures' Series 3 première story Prisoner of the Judoon in 2009.

They also featured in the novels Revenge of the Judoon and Judgement of the Judoon and appeared in the IDW comic story Fugitive.

        K ~ Krafayis

The Krafaysis were large creatures, with both reptilian and bird-like traits. They had parrot-like beaks, a quill-like horn, two wattles on the side of their heads, long necks and quills down their tail. The Krafaysis were generally invisible, allowing them the perfect defense. They could be seen by Vincent van Gogh (apparently due to his unique perception of the world) and in the reflection in a mirror on the Visual Recognition System.

His old enemy the Master has plans of his own for the planet of mathematicians, Logopolis and a plan that could spell doom for the entire universe.

The Master's plan could rock Logopolis, the keystone of all life. Could this mean the unravelling of the causal nexus and the end of the universe itself?

The Doctor must pit his wits against the Master in a desperate battle to thwart his plans. But he is aware that this might be a fight which could easily spell the end of his life...

          Trivia
          ------

            M ~ Mutter's Spiral

Mutter's Spiral is the Time Lord designation for the galaxy in which Earth is located. Humans know Mutter's Spiral as the Milky Way or as Adric referred to it, Galaxia Kyklos. By the time of Sabalom Glitz it also went by the name of the Stellian Galaxy. Mutter's Spiral is approximately 100,000 light-years in diameter. Its nearest significant neighboring galaxy is the Andromeda Galaxy, however it is also surrounded by several nearby minor satellite galaxies, such as the Sculptor Dwarf Galaxy.

N ~ N-Form - The N-Forms were a part of Time Lord technology created for use in the war against the Great Vampires. After the war ended, their central intelligence core was downloaded and they were shut down. Later, the Time Lords reactivated them to use in the Last Great Time War against the Daleks.

The N-Forms were machines that were programmed to destroy their enemies and were quite capable of destroying a planet to accomplish their goal. They had the ability to attach themselves to objects on a molecular level and open tiny dimensional rifts inside the scarred brains of people that ingested the compound to which the N-Form had attached itself. This allowed them to emerge from thousands of points rather than from a single large, potentially continuum destroying rift. This was done through the N-Forms ability to slip between dimensions allowing their extrusions to kill their enemies.

It was only possible to shut them down by interacting with them through an engram. It was also possible to attempt to reason with an N-form but they were single minded in their tasks.

                O ~ Ood

The Ood, also known as Oodkind, were a gestalt race of telepathic humanoids who originated from the Ood Sphere. The Ood were a humanoid species with coleoid tentacles on the lower portions of their faces. They had no vocal cords and instead communicated by telepathy. This telepathy was perceived as song. They were originally a hive mind led by the Ood Brain. This kept control of the two brains in each Ood (a forebrain embedded in their body, and a secondary hindbrain connected by an umbilical cord-like connection to their faces, usually held in their hands). The hindbrain enabled them to connect to a single large brain, which coordinated individual Ood. The Ood Elder had a larger, external forebrain.

                  Synopsis

What begins as innocuous research into ESP turns into a deadly mind battle, with the terrifying spiders from the planet Metebelis III pitted against The Doctor, his friends and Time Lord K'anpo.

At a Tibetan-style spiritual retreat deep in rural England, a clandestine circle of chanting brethren unknowingly call upon the evil powers of the Metebelis Spiders, whose quest for the perfect blue crystal leads them straight to the Doctor. He must travel to the alien planet to meet the Great One, merciless ruler of her spiders and human slaves, who plans to take over Earth.

The future of the entire universe is in the Doctor's hands, but if he is to face the fear the Great One sees in his mind, then he must face the certainty of total destruction. Could this be the Time Lord's final death?

                  Trivia

The Doctor regenerates for the third time. His third incarnations last words are "Tear, Sarah Jane? No, don't cry. While there's life, there's..." This change is brought about after the cells in his body are severely damaged by the energy emanating from Metebelis Crystals.

R ~ Remembrance of the Daleks - 1988 story starring Sylvester McCoy as "The Doctor" and Sophie Aldred as "Ace".

                      Synopsis
                      ---------
Once again, unusual events are unfolding at Coal Hill School and Totters, Lane junkyard. The Doctor oldest foes, the Daleks, are on the trail of hidden Time Lord technology - technology that he himself left behind on Earth seven lifetimes ago. The Daleks are planning to perfect their own time-travel capability in order to unleash themselves across all of time and space. Can the Doctor, even with the help of the local military, stop the Daleks from stealing Gallifreyan secrets? Or are things even more complicated?

Two opposing Dalek factions meet in an explosive confrontation with the fate of the entire Universe at stake!

                      Trivia
                      ------
                      • The Daleks return. Their last appearance prior to this story was in 1985's Revelation of the Daleks. They would not be seen on TV again until 2005's Dalek (although they are heard briefly in the 1996 TV movie, Enemy Within).

                      • Davros makes his last TV appearance until 2008's The Stolen Earth.

                      • Skaro is destroyed. It is possible that the Time Lords recruited the Doctor's past incarnations to fight in their Time War with the Daleks and had his seventh incarnation set with the task of destroying their home world.

                      • The events between Revelation of the Daleks and Remembrance of the Daleks are shown in the Doctor Who Magazine comic stories Emperor of the Daleks and "Up Above the Gods..."

                      • The Imperial Daleks set up a base as Coal Hill School in Shoreditch. This school was where the Doctor's granddaughter Susan Foreman attended and where his companions Barbara Wright and Ian Chesterton taught as seen in the very first story An Unearthly Child.

                      • I.M. Foreman's Junkyard, 76 Totters Lane was the original location of the TARDIS in the 1963 story An Unearthly Child.

Skaro was the war-torn homeworld of the Kaleds and the Thals and later of the Daleks.

Skaro was a planet of similar atmosphere, climate and gravity to Earth, though it was plagued by sulphuric rain. It was the twelfth planet from its sun. Skaro's nearest neighbor was a planet called Alvega.

T ~ Torchwood Institute - Torchwood was founded by Queen Victoria in 1879. Its mission was to protect Great Britain from extraterrestrial threat and to capture the Doctor (whom Queen Victoria regarded as a threat) and also to secure alien technology for Britain. Torchwood Three, under the later leadership of Captain Jack Harkness from 2007 onwards following the fall of Torchwood One in London, had a more ecumenical agenda of protecting the world.
                          • Torchwood One was located in Canary Wharf in London. It fell during the battle between Daleks and Cybermen in 2007.

                          • Torchwood Two is located next to the River Clyde in Glasgow, Scotland. Its current status is unknown.

                          • Torchwood Three was located under the Roald Dahl Plass in Cardiff, South Wales. It was blown up by human government agents in 2009.

                          • Torchwood Four is "missing".

                          • Torchwood: India was shut down in 1924.

Following the destruction of Torchwood Three, the Institute is believed to have effectively ceased to exist.
