I never cry during TV shows but Ten's last special might just do the trick.

Was a bit gutted though that they didn't follow through on it at all - next time we see the Doctor, he's striding out of the TARDIS, not a mark on him, a fresh suit replacing the one burned by the Master's attack, showing no after-effects at all from what happened. In Doctor Who Confidential showing them filming that scene, I think I saw them filming a scene of the Doctor struggling to his feet and climbing/staggering to the spot where the Master was taken by the commandos and looking around. That didn't make it to the episode though. I suppose it's a fab missing scene tag waiting to be written though!

It was and I couldn't wait any longer! I had to write it! I'm actually quite amazed at myself cos my muse has been frustratingly absent of late and writing is usually a real struggle but I got this puppy done in a day - good job too as I wanted to post it before the 2nd part airs!

That review on there about the cut scene. Guh. Why did they cut THAT? So many other things they could have taken out instead...

Oooh I finally got to see what I assume is the clip linked to above (based on the description of the previous link) - it was shown as a special "exclusive clip" on Alan Carr's Chatty Man tonight when DT was a guest.

Well, folks. It's now (at least where I am) the 1st of January 2010 - the day is here. The 10th Doctor dies today.
