When you're going to the library because you have to return the books you and your mother have borrowed, including four Doctor Who books, and decide to go to JB HIFI to see if they have any of the Doctor Who DVDs that are on sale for $15.98, and come out with four of the DVDs and the Rogue Traders album "Here Come The Drums".

And when you get home and are trying to show your mother the DVDs, an ad saying that John Simm's series "The Lakes" and "State of Play" are for sale at the ABC Shop leaves you internally squeeing and wondering why they didn't mention "Life on Mars" or series 3 of "Doctor Who".


Those both just happened to me. I bought "The Invasion", "Earthshock", "Timelash", and "Ghost Light". I love sales. Those used to be $28.99.

I live in Australia, so £7.99 is about $16.33 here. According to xe.com, anyway. I don't think we have Borders, but we do have Dymocks (I got my E-Space Trilogy there when it came out for $29.95) Their DW DVDs are about the same as at JB HI FI.

i was playing blackjack on gaia online and well, the dealers have life counters and when they reach zero, you get a cash bonus and the dealer changes... there are three seperate dealers... the third dealer is the cardbot, which is as it sounds, a robot.... the dealers also tend to smack talk....
