He says he is a "VFX Artist/Director. I make YouTube videos, mostly about Doctor Who." In a post (26th April) a bit further down the page, he does say that he doesn't work on Doctor Who itself.

My aim with this trailer was to capture the more 'magical' side of the show, rather than the dark-and-gritty approach I usually take. I used After Effects, Maya, Mudbox, and Premiere.
