there is a scene in which Jack is being attacked by a Weevil when Ianto arrives and beats the Weevil off with a stick. Said reports described Ianto as wearing anything from "tight jeans" to "really, really tight jeans". This would be the episode which shows us how each of the team members joined Torchwood, so this is preseumably a flashback to Jack and Ianto's first meeting.
