There have been some brutal moments in the comics but that last issue was really messed up. Quite the depressing read.

In a recent interview Kirkman said they have no plans for when to end the comics either. So it looks like there is plenty more to be written.sigpicComment

Finally started reading these last night. It took the boredom of boosting my wings in Gears of War 2 to realize that hey I could read that at the same time and kill two birds with one stone.
Bought the 1st compendium w/ 1st 48 issues nearly a yr ago and it's been collecting dust. Kept meaning to read it but just never started. Great read so far. Hope to at least have these read before the new season starts.IMO always implied.
