Its hard to say...the episode wasn't really that hard to figure out.

Dean has a fling with an Amazonian woman and has a speedy growing daughter. It kinda parallels the episode with Amy, when Dean had to kill her because Sam couldn't...
It wasn't super whumpy, and they did talk about Bobby a lot.
