As I said earlier, in response to a nuclear strike against us, the gloves come off. Our nukes are definitely on the table. If needed, they are there for use. But I would rather try to do it without unnecessary civilian casualties on their side. Their population doesn't have a choice in the matter, and I really don't think they are pushing their leaders to attack us.
Kim and their leadership isn't going to be hiding in the jungles, where they have to be flushed out tree by tree, so it won't be like another Vietnam. Those folks will want the comfort of living in civilization.
