judging by Annoyed's silence sounds like you're right
more precisely Sarah HuckaBS
I forgot all about that. Frankly, I never liked that, nor considered it necessary. Obama's policies and politics provided more than enough to criticize him about, who needed to resort to name calling of his wife?
You have no leader because he's too preoccupied with how he can make himself better rather than do his job what the Electorial College put him in office for.
He HAS done his job, and done what he said he was going to do far more than most politicians do. It's just that you don't like what he's doing, that's all.
Consider. The Economy: Jobless rate is the lowest its been in 50 or more years. Wages for the working stiffs are rising. He has removed or is removing the U.S. from various trade deals and treaties which were harmful to the United States.
He is doing wonders remaking the courts, removing the left's ability to legislate from the bench what they can't get legislatively. In addition to the 2 (and #3 is pending) SCOTUS seats, he has appointed a record number of other federal judicial positions.
Granted, you don't like it because you disagree, but he IS carrying out the will of the people who voted for him as well as he could possibly be expected to considering the opposition he faces; every time he takes a crap, the left has one of the liberal courts such as the 9th Circus in California block him.
He's done a good job in my eyes.
Your judicial system says otherwise -- well, it depends on the color of your skin really.
More often it depends upon your degree of guilt. Perhaps minorities are more often entangled in the legal system because they commit more crimes?
Your homework: What percentage of each race commits criminal activity? I'll even help you with one class of person. Illegal immigrants, whose percentage is 100. Simply sneaking in or overstaying is illegal.
Consider. The Economy: Jobless rate is the lowest its been in 50 or more years. Wages for the working stiffs are rising.
Godvernment propaganda = fake news

with a partisan Supreme Deep State that ignores the constitution it behoves the next president to ignore SDS rulings until that broken system's fixed
because even a temporary constitutional crisis is better than the alternative

Even if the "next" President is Trump's 2nd term? Or maybe Pence after him?
The whole discussion is pointless, he can't ignore SCOTUS rulings. If he could, he would also ignore idiocy coming from liberal courts such as the 9th circus. How many of Trump's proposals and actions have been blocked like that?

I meant assuming he's outed in 2020 of course (ie. assuming the election ain't rigged)
of course the next president can ignore SCOTUS/SDS rulings. you know, just ignore em. he could give this very strong legitimacy by first submitting every SDS ruling to a national popular referendum. like I said a temporary measure of course
and again lower courts are irrelevant - or you been in a cave recently? lower courts said King Don had to release his tax returns but - as predicted - the SDS overruled them so he can keep getting away with tax fraud
only the top court counts

SCOTUS decisions are not subject to voter referendum. In fact, the courts can overturn the direct will of the voters, as expressed at the ballot box.
'bout 10 years back, a ballot referendum was on California's ballots. Should the state recognize gay marriage or not. "Or not" won at the ballot box. Naturally, opponents of that decision took it to court, and the Calif. courts overrode the voters.
The issue was placed on the ballot again a few years later. Again, the voters said no. And again, the Calif. courts told the voters to take a hike, we're gonna do what we want.

lol now you're talking about legality. who said anything about legality or due process? your own King flouts those rules. new playground comrade
yeah voters can't legally overturn the Supreme Deep States
just like voters can't legally use the 2nd amendment to take up arms & attempt to overthrow a dictatorship - you against doing that too?
I say the next president should be "**** this let's subject SDS rulings to a referendum, period". what's the SDS gonna do against the voters exactly? does the SDS have the means to enforce its rulings? no? tough luck then
for once let the executive side with the people against a corrupt judiciary that's what I'm saying
the People at least, have the ultimate legitimacy (morally if not legally) that's good enough I say

Do you think that is right?
I already stated that the judiciary is not beholden to any party, but you cheer for it being so.
What is it you want?
I'm all for LGBTQ rights, I'm that kind of evil socialist, but you want a branch of government, controlled by non elected officials to rule the USA.
How evil does that make you?
