M -- Mmmm... yup, I failed my exams. Funny part, however, is that I actually passed the one I was definitely going to fail.

Q - Quiet, we are. Or at least I am. Waiting for my upload to finish to I can go to sleep - have a long day of driving ahead cause it's VACATION TIME!

T - That's okay, pscard. As long as you're doing okay, that's all that matters.

U - U should have seen the storm clouds that came through NE SD last Friday night. It was wicked!

V - Very dark in one town I saw because of a lot of damage and the power being out. But as far as I know no one got hurt or killed, so that's a good thing.

W - Waiting for the wind to die down. Not gonna happen probably, so staying indoors today. Vacation almost over, driving home tomorrow.

XYZ says where did you go? Did you have fun? I hope so.

A - Another HOT day here, but it wasn't just the heat, it was the humidity, too. I don't like sticky and hot!

B - Boyfriend went to Aberdeen, SD, for dirt track races. I only tolerate the races for his sake. Otherwise I don't like them.

C - Couldn't go out all day on Friday due to the storm. We were vacationing in Pornic - France, looking out over the Atlantic Ocean.

D - Do tell about it. Sounds like fun!

E - Everything was blowing around today as it was windy here. But much less humidity, thank God!

F - For one, we rented a tiny house which looked it was a room on a sailing boat, including a low ceiling. Hence why I bumped into the beam every day - my ow almost always followed by loud giggling erupting from my sister.

G - Got burned on our first day - it was clouded but apparently the sun was still quite capable of finding us wee humans.

H - Helped outselves to a fair share of prehistoric tombs which are plenty in the region. Some really beautiful ones too. Visited a WWII Commonwealth graveyard. And the historic city of Nantes.

I - I also collected seashells of course.

J - Just glad you had fun.

K - Kind of worried about something. Lately I've been getting really, really dry skin, especially around my lips and my eyes. Well, a few nights ago, I started itching all over, especially all over my face. So I talked to my mom, and she said that it sounds like I might be allergic to something and to take non-drowsy Benadryl. But there's more. The last time I was at her house, my face was flushed literally as red as a beet. I've had versions of a flushed face for years, but it's getting worse.

Well, I saw the doctor Thursday morning, and he doesn't know what's causing the flushing or dry, itchy skin/lips. They did some blood tests, but they all came back normal. So I don't know what to do now. My doctor did tell me to get some Aveeno or Curel lotion for my skin, and to avoid the sun as much as I can. The lotion (Aveeno) is helping some, but I still itch a little and am still really dry around my lips/eyes. I use something called Aquaphor for my lips which helps slightly, but not enough, and the lubricating drops for my contacts help some, but not enough, either.

I don't know what to do now. The flushing really worries my mom, and me too. I just wish I could find the cause of it all.
