the problem with this idea is 2 things;

1.the risk of a fire, it uses halogen bulbs, and it was because someone spilled furniture polish on a halogen bulb that caused a fire at bucking ham palace.
and
2. you know some one will do something stupid with it and sue the company that would make it claiming that the instructions didn't say not to put your penis in it, or something equally stupid.
