I think I'm a down home southern boy at heart....my favorite breakfast consists of grits, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits 'n' sausage gravy, and a nice 3-stack of fluffy buttermilk pancakes with butter and syrup

I like fried eggs and grits. Have biscuits and gravy about once a month - but I can pretty much take it or leave it. AND????? good god, man - how could anybody eat that much in one sitting????

it's a gift.....and it's probably how I got to be 100 lbs overweight....

next time I eat out at a place like Denny's I'll have to order from the "light and fit" menu or whatever they call their menu with healthier options

I have a Weight watchers recipe for making my own turkey sausage gravy over drop biscuits though

I absoultely adore bacon wrapped around tiny sauasages. Especially when served with Turkey at Easter and Christmas.

I have also used bacon to add flavour on top of a chicken when I've cooked a roast dinner.
But I've yet to try Bacon wrapped around a Chicken Breast.

You should - it's truly excellent. Added bonus - the flavor boost means less salt needed!

I'll give it a try. I'll even cook it myself. To be honest I don't use that much salt anyway.
