I won't be sending my entry but I am following Bailey's CAAN tutorial but I stumbled on this...Does anyone know how to "translate this instruction from GIMP to PS2" Thank you!

"Under the Color tab pick “color to alpha”. The default is white. What this will do is remove all of the color white from the texture, leaving behind all other colors. Since most colors have some white in them, the color part of the texture will now appear only shaded."

I'm sorry that part doesn't translate well, Jaded. Hopefully someone will be able to help with that.

I think there are commands on the colour replacement or such that may allow a similar action: I just don't know how to do it and the colouring result becomes completely different. If not, I just use the texture as it is or make up a new one to make it more similar to your end result. The Font I use is also very different but I was expecting that. I have so much fun following tuts, even when the end result is very diverse. You always pick up on some detail you didn't know about or a new idea

That is the part I love too. Learning a new thing to apply to future attemps.

Also... it is fun to see the similarities and differences people have when following the same instructions. Gives me more ideas hopefully.
