What do you use to make your artwork? Are they hand done and then scanned or do you use a program to create those?

Well depends, those two you see now are done dgitally handdrawn still and then put a few effects on. I use brush tools of PSE 8, with a graphic tablet and sometimes just picture cropping
But I also just do drawings and paintings by hand and scan them or take a photo
