Sorry to be MIA this week. We had church camp for the entire week. . .six hours' drive from where I live. I've been playing head dorm mom to a campground full of 6-12 year olds--and having an absolute blast doing so!!!

RiG, really like the "Behind Blue Eyes" sig. FG had me use the song in a piece, once. What font did you use?

And old movies - wow! Leaves a lot of room for creativity here. Before 1980 eh...? I'll need to give this a bit of a think.

Sure...not a problem! The background's pretty much all from the photoshoot.

Just some other textures I used:
Expose42's textures at DeviantArt

Lighting was a combination of these sets from Darinka at Livejournal.

As for text, I used a combination of textures (downloaded random textures that just had text) and shapes that I drew using PS's shaping tool.

i'm kinda jealous.... all i've got is Spaceballs, MP and the Holy Grail, MP and the Life of Brian on dvd, and Rocky Horror on my computer..... i'd like to add Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind to my collection tho.... oh, and Noferatu

The oldest movie I have on DVD is Soylent Green. Early 70's. That would work.

I love that movie. All but the part in the weird kingdom, but then one has to have a villain when telling kids a story.
