Elder Scrolls game series - the language of dragons is essentially magic in the mouths of men, called the Thu'um. only the Greybeards of the Throat of the World in Skyrim speak it... for now. because the dragons are returning, the player will - as the Dragonborn (blood of dragons/appointed by a god/possible other explanation) - have to learn it, because the Greybeards stopped using it decades, maybe centuries ago.

it's capable of levelling a city's walls, of devastation on a - literally - epic scale.

if the game matches even half its potential, i'll be satisfied. as it is... all i have is some fine stuff to listen to and watch

and yes, i plan to at least be able to sound all the shouts, by the end of november...

actually, nothing of the sort. it's a line of dragon-speech used in a game trailer (though i don't know what the translation is, and it's being used in a fight...) but no, not being offensive

it's the only line of non-english in it that i've been able to learn yet at all, thats all
