I have had dehydration before. Its quite painful

I get dehydrated very easily. One time was exceptionally embarrassing - I fainted at school and had to be taken by ambulance to the ER for IV fluids. The school nurse couldn't even get a blood pressure on me. So, I wind up drinking lots of water all day long.
