I know of another method that doesn't require any birthcontrol whatsoever and still allows people to enjoy their sexual work-outs. But it's limited to a particular group of people. It's not available to straight people. Sorry.

A suggestion how to make the human race extinct - well, then abortion will no longer be an issue.
You can enjoy whatever you want but what about reproduction - as far as I know two genders are needed (as far as humans are concerned) - unless you have developed human parthenogenesis (no definition needed). and there are couples who do want a baby!!!
