you're talking a city that NEVER gets snow. It literally shut the city down for a weekend. We have zero snow clearing equipment. We do have sand spreaders for the icing that we get.
Now, I adore the winters in San Antonio - if I have to wear more than a jacket it's rare. But summers? Ugh. Day after day after day of 100 plus degree heatsigpic
