how are you judging? off the sprite? don't be so sure, like the other sprites, that cutesie little one can be male as well. While I don't have dragons of my own, I enjoy clicking on everyone's and I've see that sprite being both male and female.Spoiler:

The alt hatchling is just that the little curled up one is more rare than the sitting one (I am a minority I don't care for the curled one the other one is cuter IMO) the sprit has nothing to do with gender TJ has both frozen alt hatches and both are male

And I've seen that specific sprite that you have right now gender male. there's a 50-50 chance of it gendering ether way, just like with the standard black or the other alt black sprite. even though there ARE two different hatchling sprites for the alt black, both have an equal chance of gendering either way. when I asked about the two different sprite, I got the answer that there's a secondary sprite for the alt black to provide an extra challenge to people who think about Dragon Cave with the pokemon slogan (you know, "Gotta catch them all"). Some people want to have each different sprite on their scrolls and freeze a hatchling with each sprite. The fact of the matter is that if a dragon can gender either way, the sprite can gender either way. what you're saying is kinda like if you had a red dragon that gendered male and then you stole a new red egg, saying when it hatched "okay, it's the same sprite as before.
