I usually don't have any problems with sickness either, but every time I incubate and put the zyumorphs in the ER they get sick immediately.

I only use two hatcheries, EATW and AoND.

At your next try, take a male zyumorph for summoning. You probably get a male sino.... at least that is my experience. I summoned four so far and expect for the first one (where I didn't look) all turned out the gender I wanted.... or maybe it's just luck? It does say at the wiki gender is random...
But still worth a try...

Ah I see. I don't put mine into ER's. That maybe avoids the sickness

The first Sino I used to summon has been female - the other 2 were male. But all turned out as female. Even though the third I tried were mainly male in the summon group. But I won't give up trying
