The only way to get them is through Breeding and if you are really lucky finding one on the abandon page or if someone is nice and wants to trade

I think the DC system maintenance really messed up my plans... my hatcling which I planned to freeze suddenly grow-up too fast.. and I'm too late to freeze them and now I don't want to kill them either so I try to breed the rare ones.. not-succeeded either, only get the regular ones.. *sigh* ah well...
