I remember an oboist I met in college who would regularly dye her hair either bubblegum pink or blue. Every once in a while, she'd don neon orange too. Exotic colors can be tricky to pull off but she was someone who made it work regularly. Her girlfriend was quite an interesting contrast as she was sporting the goth look at the time.

She did have legs to die for. And was fantastic when I asked if I could have my picture taken with her.
Sadly I didn't manage to get my picture taken with the winner of 'Miss Sparkle' that year. She was fantastic.

my best friend once dyed her bangs neon green.... her brothers said it looked like Shrek sneezed in her hair.... i saw it a few weeks after and little faded and i had to agree didn't help she's a natural blonde.... i've always wanted to put blue streaks in my hair, but it's so dark that i'd have to use industrial strength bleach just to lighten it enough to get the colour visable....
