Round 16
Gloria in Excelsis Deo
Handel's Messiah
It Came Upon The Midnight Clear
Joy to the World
O Holy Night
O Little Town Of Bethlehem
My favorite decoration would be Christmas Lights. I love them. And multi-colored, not the boring one color lites (although those can look good on the outside). I've even got them on my little 1 foot tall Xmas Tree on top of my tv.sigpic

Smart people! I love smart people!
AdrianneIf I never reply to something you said to me, it doesn't mean I'm ignoring you, it means I'm lazy and the thread moves too fast.

It's all explained here. Well, one part anyhow

ROUND 14
Handel's Messiah
Joy to the World
O Come All Ye Faithful
O Little Town of Bethlehem
The First Noel
I missed a round I love O Holy Night, I think better than White Christmas ( at Ronja) but I like that one too .. it's getting hard to choose
I listened to my Mariah Carey Christmas Album today, the one she made in 1994 when she still made good singing sound instead of hacking her lung, she sang a pretty good version of O Holy Night too.sigpic

Myn, do you mind giving your first name? A nickname? Something God would know you by besides, "That Myn person thing whatever on GW that asked me to pray for it, her, him, I'm really not sure what it is ... I'm praying for it ... thing. Whatever it is." I suppose I could check your profile and then I could at least narrow down your sex/gender.
Anywho! Myn's a girl???
Edit: WOW! The things you learn! Myn's a GIRL! I had no idea!
Okay then ... Wow! :;Shaking Myn's hand:: So great to meet you!
Adrianne
*shakes Adrianne's hand* Great to meet you, too!
I'm sure God'll know who you're talking about if you just say Myn... Actually, Myn is a nickname... unless you want to call me Moo (which would be another one)... Heh, why don't we keep it at Myn.
*giggles again* I don't know why I find it so funny that you didn't know... Does Myn sound like a guy's name?

So, non-Catholics would call Mass, services? Actually, upon thinking about it, I think some of the Catholic churches I went to sometimes would refer to Mass as services.

cool to see another music teacher here
I teach grade 7-12 chorus, music theory, music history, and music technology.
I'll abstain from voting, since I was late to join in. There's a little known work called "That Night" which I came across in Ron Huff's Cantata "Unto Us A Child Is Born" that is extremely powerful. I sang it with a semi professional chorus in '96, and I've used it as my winter concert closer since '99.
