War Council Meeting
June 25, 2008

Meeting called to order; Master Jack presiding.

Old Business:

New 302 pilots:
Cammie recommended and the council approved the addition of Jay, Aeryn and Vala to the 302 pilot patrols.

New Reserve Pilots:
The final report and recommendations were received and approved.

Lantean Phantoms:
The phantoms are now apparently undetectable to our sensors or they soon will be. There is no immediate threat considered, however in case one should be hijacked, we are going on yellow alert with the Maui Alpha Base intensifying their monitoring of all anomolies over our airspace.

New cloaks for our 302s:
Given the Lantean have the tech that RSam was to work on and the fact that she has been busy with training, this matter is being rolled over and she will continue to work on the project going forward.

Col. Davis collected his winning for the Stanley Cup playoffs.

The new roster for the 302 squadrons effective July 14 is as follows:

New Leave Policy:
A new policy was proposed and approved to allow for an additional seven days of leave at the request of the pilot. Days can be taken one to seven at a time and the request must be received in writing by either Addy or Master Jack no later than 12:00 PT the Friday prior to the week said leave would occur.

Note: Scheduled Leave begins on July 13 and will be posted again as a reminder the week prior.

Fourth of July Weekend:
The O'Neill II with Master Jack commanding and the Prometheus Redux will share patrol duties from July 3 at 06:00 through July 7 at 06:00 to give all pilots a long holiday weekend.
