Yeah, mine was/is a nice shade of red. Worst part, it's kinda uneven. One shoulder and side of my back has way more than the other one.

Yeah...I have a few little pink areas at the shoulders, was in a tank top with suit under it, so the sunburn is only on the backs of my upper arms, small patches, and a tiny red patch on one side of my right big toe. I must have missed it.
