I swear I am going to kill something. I send my papers to IBO/DUO to prove I am studying and can get my study aid, through FedEx, registered mail. And they say they never got them. FedEx tracking number says it did. I resend the papers through normal mail, ask for an international stamp. Confirm with the lady that they are international - she says yes. Today I go to check my mailbox and lo and behold my papers were returned to me: "insufficient postage" 3 ****ing pieces of paper and an international stamp. The papers should have been there by now, if they'd gone on their ****ing way when they were meant to go. But no. So, now I have to send them through FedEx again to make sure they make it on time which will cost me a nice $50 or so. ****ING HELL!
