I just got back from lifting at the gym and they had Black Sabbath, Led Zepplin, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Ray Vaughn playing during my 70 minute workout. My motivation was soaring!, good fast paced music is golden in the gym.Comment

Thats they were playing at my gym for the last year or so. They have XM satelite hooked up to there sound system and all we ever heard was techno/re-mix dance music (stuff you here at a rave party). Which I don't necessarily hate but most of those songs all sound the same and it really gets old fast!.Originally posted by Nightingale
