Yeah...horrific flash floods yesterday...something like a month's rain fell in one go...and yeah the studio was flooded and production stopped...and yet on the West Coast, in Vancouver the sun is out, people are flooding to the beaches to sunbathe...looks like a glorious summer over there...bet Lexa wishes she and the kids had delayed their visit out to him for a week or two!...
New episode tonight...for those that live in Canada.....

I saw them!..Unbelievable...last year I was there in the middle of June and it was record high temps and sunshine for June!...this year my hubby had been trying to persuade me to go again in July..glad we didn't!...
Have managed to watch the first 3 episodes of S.2 of Saving Hope and it's much better imho than S.1...faster paced, better storylines and more action for all involved...that's all I'm going to say..
Can't wait to re-watch properly on TV though...S.1 comes to "Watch TV" in the UK in less than a month now...7th August at 9 pm afaik...with hopefully S.2 not too far away...

Well Season 1 of Saving Hope premiered on Watch TV in the UK last night....and it was a pleasure to revisit The Tuxedo Man again....it will continue to be shown on Wednesday nights at 9 pm with various repeated showings over the week following ....for those of us in the UK who are trying to keep up with S.2 by various "means", it's a unique opportunity to watch both Seasons at the same time and compare the differences...I'm certainly enjoying seeing S.1 on the Big Screen of my TV instead of my little DVD player or computer screen..

The second season is miles better than the first. The writing is better, the actors are settled in their characters and the show just feels more sure of itself somehow. Fabulous guest stars every week, too. I think I spotted the guy who played Jared Kane in Icon this week! I'm really enjoying it.

Yep you did....and the actor who played Felger was in it of course.....although not my favourite SG character by a long chalk (in fact The Other Guys and Avenger 2.0 are on my list of NEVER to be watched again SG1 episodes) the actor played a great part in Saving Hope...brought a tear to my eye at times...
Really loving the progression of the characters this season and the fact that Michael has waaaay more interaction with everyone...
