NCIS : Discussion, spoilers and everything else ....
Last time you went to L.A. only one of you came back.
Was she referring to something we've seen on the show in the past or is this something they're going to tell us in the next episode or something with regards to the new people?
She was referring to the season five finale when
(spoilers just in case)
Spoiler:
Tony, Ziva, and Director Jenny Shepherd went to LA. The Director was killed in a shoot out.

I thought she said,
Spoiler:
One of you didn't come back. Which I took to mean Jenny. I could be totally wrong though.
i think she's realizing just how much her father is manipulating her. is likely seeing some of the flaws of the maasad, viewing them with new eyes, and is sticking close (no snickers please) to michael but is likely seeing him far differently than she did before she left israel.
I think, before she joined ncis, she felt that maasad's motives were right and true and good, but now she's questioning that and is emotionally torn and is probably realizing that her 'home organization' flirts with acts of terror and it's as right and true and good as she first felt. that it, like any organization, is only as 'good' as its members
whether she's been talking to gibbs or not we don't know, but i think she's trying to 'handle it herself', which may or may not work out

I too wonder if
Spoiler:
she's being manipulated by her father with Michael. I'm hoping that she's just playing along and not really in love with him....sort of an arranged marriage of sorts.
I would bet that Gibbs is in on some of it, I really believe that they trust each other without question.
My guess is that she'll end up killing Michael...remember she killed her own brother to save Gibbs way back when.

yeah. but to have it happen twice?
i'm thinking
Spoiler:
she shoots michael to stop him and keep him from killing/hurting tony. michael then betrays her trust, draws on tony adn tony or gibbs kills him. that would fit with bellisario's tenancy to bait and switch
