        she shoots michael to stop him and keep him from killing/hurting tony. michael then betrays her trust, draws on tony adn tony or gibbs kills him. that would fit with bellisario's tenancy to bait and switch

          Pulling away from the Ziva/Tiva conversation...

          What was Abby doing to McGee's desk? I didn't watch last week (annoying american idol took it's place )....

            I've rewatched that bit in slow-motion (I can post screencaps if anyone wants), and
            Spoiler:
            from the looks of it, they completely missed his torso. There's only a small amount of blood on his shirt in the area of his shoulders and arms, not enough for it to be critical, and when the camera panned out at the very end there were very few dark patches on his shirt, so either he was wearing a vest and the bullet holes aren't very visible, or they completely missed his torso. I'm willing to bet that he lives

              She was decorating it Hawaiian style. She had balloons around and covered the sides with bamboo and grass fringe, etc.

                              Really enjoyed tonight episode

                              Loved the part where Ziva gets the phone call from Tony and leaves Micheal, and then the drink shows up and Tony sits down and asked if this seat is taken!

                              Next week is gonna be good!

                                Did anyone feel something was off with acting by the double barreled ICE agent actress?

                                Anyway.... DID NOT see Tony killing Rifkin... self defence or not, did not see that coming..... though it does negate a 'spoiler' i read about...
